Porducare believes that empowering women is the surest path to transforming entire communities. Over the years, we have formed multiple women’s groups across Northern Ghana, uniting them into strong networks of collaboration and peer support.
Through structured programs, we have trained more than 800 women in quality shea processing, hygiene standards, and value addition techniques that make their products competitive in local and international markets. Beyond processing skills, we have conducted 15+ entrepreneurship and financial literacy workshops, equipping women with the knowledge to sustain profitable micro-enterprises.
Our interventions have already created over 120 direct and indirect jobs within the shea value chain. In addition, we have supported 800+ women leaders with targeted training in cooperative leadership and capacity building, ensuring they not only earn more but also inspire others to follow their path.
