We specialize in shea-based products, including but not limited to:
- Raw Shea Butter
- Shea Butter Pomade
- Shea Butter Lotion
Our products are suitable for both adults and children.
4. Orders and Payments
- All orders must be placed through our website.
- We accept full payment only, via Paystack (card or mobile money).
- Payments must be made before delivery.
- By placing an order, you authorize us to process your payment details for the purpose of completing the transaction.
5. Delivery and Shipping
- We deliver orders within Ghana only.
- Delivery is charged as a percentage of the product cost.
- Deliveries are dispatched from our points in Wa and Sawla.
- While we make every effort to deliver within reasonable timeframes, we are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control (e.g., courier delays, natural events).
6. Returns and Refunds
- Items may be returned within 10 days of confirming receipt.
- Returned items must be in the same condition and original packaging as when dispatched.
- Refunds will only be issued after we verify that the returned parcel matches the condition in which it was dispatched.
- Items that are damaged, opened, or not in their original packaging will not qualify for a refund.
